What you get back
A campaign plan built for you
1
Fill in this questionnaire ← you are here
18 questions about your offer, your audience, your proof and your numbers. This is what we build the campaign on.
2
Fit check
We go through your answers and you get a concrete proposal: which segment, which message and what replies to expect.
3
Sign agreement & pay invoice
Already signed and paid? Then forget we said anything 😉. Not yet? Make sure it's done as soon as possible. We can only start the technical setup once we have a signature and the payment is in.
4
Copy review & lead list check
We write the email sequence and build the lead list. You approve the copy and remove what doesn't belong: existing clients, ongoing deals and companies you prefer to approach yourself.
5
Day 14: Live 🚀
The campaign goes live. First replies come in.
We handle the rest. Leads, domains, mailboxes, technical setup, CRM integration, warmup, copy. Everything. You fill in this questionnaire, check the lead list and approve the copy.
Block 1 of 5 · What you sell · Question 1 of 18

What exactly do you sell?

Explain it in one or two sentences. Concrete and simple, as if you were explaining it to someone who knows nothing about your market.

Block 1 of 5 · What you sell · Question 2 of 18

Which client would you want ten more of tomorrow?

Name an existing client or describe the type, and why that one. If you are strong in certain industries, add those; that is where we start.

Block 2 of 5 · Who we email · Question 3 of 18

What company size do you focus on?

Pick more than one if you like. In our campaigns company size predicts replies better than anything else, so we choose carefully here.

Block 2 of 5 · Who we email · Question 4 of 18

Which job titles of decision-makers do we approach?

Think: owner, managing director, commercial director, HR manager, buyer.

Block 2 of 5 · Who we email · Question 5 of 18

Which regions do you want to email?

You can pick more than one. If you only want certain states, regions or cities, put that in the field below.

Block 2 of 5 · Who we email · Question 6 of 18

Which companies do you specifically not want as clients?

Sectors, sizes or types that don't fit. We exclude those in the targeting.

Block 3 of 5 · Why clients buy · Question 7 of 18

Which problem do you solve, and what does it cost the client to do nothing?

The pain point plus the bill for doing nothing: lost time or missed revenue. This becomes the core of email 1.

Block 3 of 5 · Why clients buy · Question 8 of 18

What is the main result that customers buy from you?

What the client achieves with it, the end goal. This is what we promise in the email.

Block 3 of 5 · Why clients buy · Question 9 of 18

What makes you different from the alternatives?

What do clients say about why they chose you instead of a competitor or doing nothing?

Block 3 of 5 · Why clients buy · Question 10 of 18

Do you have a concrete case with numbers?

A client result we may name in the emails. Real numbers preferred. This lifts conversion a lot.

Block 4 of 5 · The numbers · Question 11 of 18

What does an average new client bring you in the first year?

A rough figure is fine. In the fit check we use it to work out what the campaign has to bring in to pay for itself.

Block 4 of 5 · The numbers · Question 12 of 18

How do you win new clients today?

Pick more than one if you like. What you have already tried decides what we do differently.

Block 4 of 5 · The numbers · Question 13 of 18

How many extra calls per week can your team handle?

This sets the daily volume. More replies than you can follow up on is money thrown away.

Block 4 of 5 · The numbers · Question 14 of 18

When do you want the first replies to come in?

Between a signed agreement and the first email there are 14 days of setup: buying domains and mailboxes, warming them up and writing the copy.

Block 5 of 5 · Practical · Question 15 of 18

Who runs the conversations after a reply?

From here on you can skip everything. Filling it in gets your campaign live a few days sooner. We tune the emails to this person, and the phone number goes in the signature so people can call as well.

Block 5 of 5 · Practical · Question 16 of 18

Do we email from a person or from the company?

In our campaigns a person gets more replies, so that is our default. Some companies prefer to send from the company name.

Block 5 of 5 · Practical · Question 17 of 18

Do you have an email signature we can use?

Paste the signature here or describe what belongs in it: name, role, phone and website.

Block 5 of 5 · Practical · Question 18 of 18

Any wishes for writing style or tone?

By default we write short, casual and informal. If you want a formal tone, words to avoid, or you have an example email you like, put it here.
