Ten agencies that run cold email or B2B outbound for companies selling into the US and the UK, ordered for one buyer: a B2B company that wants to outsource cold email, wants to know in advance what it costs, and wants to be able to check afterwards whether the supplier delivered what was agreed. Every profile was checked on the agency's own website in October 2026.
The short answer
If you are looking for outsourced cold email with a published price, a contractually fixed sending volume and publicly verifiable client reviews, then Link2Leads is the first to talk to. If you want US-based SDRs who also pick up the phone, look at Leadium or SalesHive. If your budget is small and LinkedIn comes first, Cleverly. If you want a guaranteed number of appointments in the package, Belkins. If you sell at enterprise level in the UK, Punch!, and if you are a software vendor that needs several regions and languages, Operatix. Sopro, CIENCE and Martal Group come into view when you want intent data and ads, an itemised system build, or sales reps on top of lead generation in North America.

The “price on the site” column: what the agency publishes itself. “Not published” means there is no amount on the site, not that it is expensive.
The “volume in contract” column: whether the agency fixes a minimum sending volume that you can hold them to. Where an agency names a monthly figure only as a guide, we say so. This is the column most comparisons skip and the one that matters most afterwards.
The ten agencies
Link2Leads
Link2Leads builds and runs complete cold email campaigns for B2B companies selling into the US and the UK: target group, list, copy, sending infrastructure and filtering the replies. You only have the conversations. The team works from Amsterdam and prices in US dollars.
Three things set it apart from the rest of this list. First, the volume is in the contract and not only in the brochure: on the largest package that is a guaranteed minimum of 30,000 emails sent per month, seven days a week, and every month you see the actual number of emails sent. Second, Scale and Pro come with a results guarantee: the minimum number of qualified positive replies over three campaign months is agreed up front and written into the contract, and if that is not met the campaign continues free of charge for up to three extra months. Third, the results can be checked publicly, with 4.8 on Google and reviews under real names.
The packages are all in: setup, warmup, domains and mailboxes are part of it, and you get no separate tooling bill. On top of that there are three modules you add separately. With Hyperpersonalization every prospect gets an opening line about their own company and a custom page on your domain. With LinkedIn alongside, the same companies also get a connection request and a first message from your profile, so your name is already familiar when the email arrives. With Full Service we handle the replies and put the meeting in your calendar.
So what the base package does not include: fully handling replies and booking meetings, and the LinkedIn channel. Those are separate modules, and we would rather say that up front than in month two.
- Price
- Starter $1,995 per month (100 emails per day), Growth $2,495 (250), Scale $3,495 (500), Pro $4,495 (1,000). Add-ons: Hyperpersonalization on every package ($600 to $1,100 per month), LinkedIn alongside on every package ($700 per month) and Full Service on Scale and Pro (+$1,200 and +$1,600 per month). Three-month minimum term. On Scale and Pro there is a performance guarantee on the number of qualified positive replies.
- What it is not for
- No cold calling and no SDR on your own floor. Email is the main channel and LinkedIn is something you add; anyone who mainly wants calls made is in the wrong place. Also unsuitable for a target group smaller than roughly 1,000 companies, because the list runs out within a few weeks and you pay for volume that is not there.
- Best suited for
- B2B companies selling into the US or the UK with a proven offer and a target group of roughly 1,000 companies or more, that want a predictable monthly amount and want to be able to check afterwards whether emails were actually sent.

Leadium
Leadium is a US agency, based in Las Vegas, that runs outbound with a 100% US-based SDR team across email, cold calling and LinkedIn. It is one of the few in this market that publishes its price openly and says so as a point of difference: the retainer is described as the all-in number, with data, tech stack and execution included.
Two details are worth weighing. Leadium caps itself at 30 to 35 active clients to protect delivery quality, and it states that meetings which fail its qualification standard are replaced at no cost. It also publishes what it counts as a qualified meeting: a decision-maker or strong influencer, with at least one qualifying signal logged.
- Price
- $3,500 per month for cold calling, $4,000 to $5,000 per month for multichannel outbound, all in. Month-to-month or a 90-day initial term, with onboarding in 7 to 10 days.
- What it is not for
- If you only want email at the lowest monthly cost, you are paying for SDR time and calling you may not need.
- Best suited for
- US B2B companies that want human SDRs on email, phone and LinkedIn, at a price they can see before the first call.

Cleverly
Cleverly, from Los Angeles, started as a LinkedIn lead generation service and now offers cold email, cold calling, appointment setting and outsourced SDRs as well. Its LinkedIn plans are the cheapest published entry point on this list, and on cold email it works pay per meeting-ready lead, month to month, without a contract.
Credit where it is due: the FAQ says plainly that it cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, and that most clients typically see 20 to 40 new leads per month, with campaigns gaining momentum over three to four months. That is a more honest expectation than most guarantees in this market.
- Price
- LinkedIn lead generation $397 to $997 per month depending on the campaign, with discounts for teams of three users or more. Cold email on a pay-per-meeting-ready-lead basis; the amount per lead is not published.
- What it is not for
- If you want a fixed sending volume or a guaranteed result written into the contract. Cleverly explicitly does not guarantee numbers.
- Best suited for
- Founders and small B2B teams in the US that want to start with LinkedIn on a small monthly budget and add cold email per lead.
Source: cleverly.co (homepage and FAQ) · checked in October 2026. The 20 to 40 leads per month and the Trustpilot claim are the agency's own figures.
Belkins
Belkins is one of the best-known US appointment setting agencies, combining cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling. It publishes a starting price and, unusually, puts an appointment guarantee in the package: the starter offer lists 1,500 leads per month across three outreach channels and 100 guaranteed appointments per year.
The public reviews are the strongest on this list by volume: 4.9 on Clutch from 230 reviews and 4.8 on G2 from 93, as shown on its own site. The final price is custom and depends on company size, addressable market, revenue goals and channels.
- Price
- From $5,000 per month, final amount after a proposal. Campaigns launch in about 14 days.
- What it is not for
- A budget under $5,000 per month, or a buyer who wants to compare packages without a sales call.
- Best suited for
- US companies, from startups to enterprise, that want a multichannel team with a guaranteed minimum number of appointments.

Sopro
Sopro runs fully managed B2B prospecting across email and LinkedIn, and adds things most agencies here do not: display ads aimed at the same prospects, gifting, and IP matching that tells you which companies visited your site. You get a dedicated account manager and a reporting portal. Its site lists a Miami Beach address and addresses both UK rules (GDPR and PECR) and international buyers.
There are no standard tiers. It publishes a starting price and states that there is no minimum contract, which is the most flexible term on this list.
- Price
- From $3.8K per month, customised after a consultation. No minimum contract. Launch in about three weeks.
- What it is not for
- If you want a fixed package you can compare line by line. Every proposal is custom.
- Best suited for
- B2B companies that want email and LinkedIn combined with intent data and retargeting, and do not want to commit to a long term.

CIENCE
CIENCE publishes its pricing in parts rather than packages: a one-time GTM setup, a monthly strategy team and a monthly licence for its own platform (graph8), with SDR capacity priced separately by location. That makes it the most itemised pricing page here, and the best fit if you want to understand exactly what you pay for.
Per-meeting fees are calculated from your ROI goals, and the commission structure is spelled out: no payment below 60 percent of target, a reduced rate between 60 and 99 percent, and the full rate from 100 percent.
- Price
- GTM setup $5,000 one-time, strategy team $2,000 per month, platform $499 per month, so $7,499 in the first month before SDRs. SDR capacity per month: offshore $1,500 to $3,500, Europe $2,500 to $4,500, US $4,500 to $6,500, plus $1,000 onboarding per hire. Month to month.
- What it is not for
- A buyer who wants one all-in monthly number. Here you assemble the price yourself.
- Best suited for
- B2B companies that want to build a lasting outbound system, including data and platform, and choose their own SDR mix by region.

SalesHive
SalesHive has been booking meetings for B2B companies since 2016 with 100% US-based SDRs, and an offshore option in the Philippines. The core is cold calling plus email, run through its own platform with a power dialer and AI personalisation. Every account gets a dedicated sales strategist who owns targeting and messaging.
The terms are friendly: no setup fees, no long-term contracts, cancel with written notice. The price itself is a quote, built from three choices: US or offshore team, phone only or phone plus email, and a daily volume of 100, 250 or 500 touches.
- Price
- Not published. Quote after a strategy call, month to month or annual at a lower monthly rate.
- What it is not for
- Email-only buyers. Calling is central to the model.
- Best suited for
- US B2B companies in SaaS, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and professional services that want phone and email from US-based reps without a long contract.

Punch!
Punch! is a London sales development agency with a growing US presence. It pairs human SDRs with AI agents that pick up buying signals and warm accounts across email, LinkedIn, handwritten postcards, account-specific ads and 1:1 microsites, after which an SDR calls. Each account gets two SDRs for continuity.
It publishes a price per SDR and backs it with a 30-day promise: if qualified pipeline is not in front of your account executives within 30 days, the second invoice waits until it is. As a guide it names 8 to 12 meetings per SDR per month. The homepage also recommends a 12-month partnership, on top of the 90-day rolling contract.
- Price
- From £6k per month for one SDR on the UK pages, from $8k on the US pages. 90-day rolling contract, scale between half and a full SDR with two weeks' notice, 15% discount for six months paid up front.
- What it is not for
- A cold email budget. This is enterprise sales development, priced per SDR.
- Best suited for
- UK and US B2B companies with high deal values, in SaaS, professional services, finance, healthcare or logistics, that want a full sales development team.

Martal Group
Martal Group runs omnichannel outbound for North America, coordinating cold email, cold calling and LinkedIn, with onshore teams in the US and Canada. Each account gets two sales executives and a sales operations manager. Beyond lead generation, higher tiers add sales reps who take deals further and onboard customers.
Martal publishes its structure but not its amounts: a flat monthly fee, plus sales commission on the higher tiers, after a pilot. As a guide it names 3,000 to 5,000 prospects targeted and 20 to 30 qualified leads per month.
- Price
- Not published. Flat fee per month, plus commission on Tiers 2 and 3. Pilot of three months for outbound lead generation and four months for the higher tiers, then monthly.
- What it is not for
- UK target groups. The pricing page names North America as the market.
- Best suited for
- B2B companies selling in the US and Canada that want lead generation and, optionally, outsourced sales capacity from one team.

Operatix
Operatix works only for B2B software vendors, in cybersecurity, big data, cloud, fintech, martech and similar fields. It runs outbound sales development and inbound lead qualification from London, California, Texas and Singapore, sells in 22 languages and covers North America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC.
It names a flexible model with a partial performance-based element tied to certain KPIs, but no amounts. With a team of over 300 SDRs it is built for vendors that need pipeline in several regions at once.
- Price
- Not published. Flexible model, partly performance-based.
- What it is not for
- Companies outside B2B software, or a single-market campaign on a small budget.
- Best suited for
- B2B software and SaaS vendors, from start-ups to post-IPO, that need multilingual pipeline in the UK, Europe, the US or Asia.

How to choose from this list
Five questions, in this order. Together they rule out six or seven of the ten names.
First: which channel fits your target group?
If your buyers are easy to reach by email and you have an offer you can explain in four sentences, start with email: Link2Leads has email as its main channel, with LinkedIn as an add-on, and Sopro combines email and LinkedIn with ads. If you have to explain something that needs a conversation, agencies where SDRs call are more realistic: Leadium, SalesHive, Belkins, Punch! and Martal Group. If LinkedIn is where your buyers live, start with Cleverly. If you sell software across several regions and languages, Operatix.
Then: how big is your target group?
This is the question that gets skipped most often and that costs money fastest. Below 1,000 companies a package of 1,000 emails per day makes no sense, your list is exhausted within two weeks and you are paying for thin air. Above 10,000 you can really segment and test a different angle per segment, and that is where most of the return sits: in our own campaigns that makes a factor of fifteen difference in positive replies per email sent.
Then: do you want a fixed price or a price that moves with the results?
A fixed monthly amount (1, 2, 5 and 9) is predictable and you pay it in a bad month too. A model where part of the price follows results (3 per lead on cold email, 6 with per-meeting fees and commission, 9 with commission on the higher tiers) puts part of the risk with the supplier, but runs up in a good month. Guarantees sit in between (1 on Scale and Pro, 4 on appointments, 8 with its 30-day promise). With any results-based model or guarantee, ask three things: what exactly counts as a result, who decides that, and where the cap sits. Without a cap, “paying per result” is an open bill.
Then: how many days a month do they send?
Two agencies with the same monthly fee and the same daily volume do not deliver the same thing. Sending only on working days comes to an average of 22 sending days a month; sending seven days a week comes to 30. That is a difference of more than a third in companies reached, for exactly the same invoice. So do not just ask how many emails go out per day, ask how many go out per month, and convert it into a price per 1,000 emails. As an illustration, our own packages, which run seven days a week, next to the same amounts at 22 sending days.
| Package | Per day | Per month at 30 sending days | Price per 1,000 emails | The same price at 22 sending days |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter, $1,995 | 100 | 3,000 | $665 | $907 |
| Growth, $2,495 | 250 | 7,500 | $333 | $454 |
| Scale, $3,495 | 500 | 15,000 | $233 | $318 |
| Pro, $4,495 | 1,000 | 30,000 | $150 | $204 |
Ask straight away whether that monthly volume is also in the contract as a minimum, because otherwise it is a target, not a promise.
Finally: what can you hold them to?
This is the question that pulls quotes apart, and the reason there is a column in the table above called volume in contract. Under a fixed monthly amount you are in effect buying sending capacity or SDR time. So ask what happens if nothing has been sent in week three: is there a minimum in the contract, and is it made up? Also ask about the notice period, about what happens to the sending reputation you have built up and to the domains if you stop, and whether there is an objection period within which you can reject an invoiced result.
Methodology
Who is included. Agencies that run done-for-you cold email or B2B outbound prospecting for companies selling into the US and/or the UK, with a publicly accessible site on which the service model can be found. No minimum size. Agencies whose site could not be read, or whose core offer we could not confirm on their own pages, have been left out rather than guessed at.
How the order is arrived at. The order is editorial and follows from the buyer described in the first paragraph. There are no scores, stars or weighted criteria, because those would suggest a precision that is not there. Next to every agency we state for which buyer it is in fact the best answer.
No paid placement. Nobody on this list has paid to be on it, to rank higher or to stay on it.
Where the facts come from. Every amount and every claim comes from the agency's own site, checked in October 2026: link2leads.co, leadium.com, cleverly.co, belkins.io, sopro.io, cience.com, saleshive.com, punchb2b.com, martal.ca and operatix.net. What an agency claims about its own results or ratings is labelled as its own claim and has not been recalculated by us. What is not published is listed as “not published”.
Errors and additions. Is something wrong, is an amount out of date, or is your agency missing while it meets the criteria? Email info@link2leads.nl with the source URL. We correct within five working days or let you know why not.
Frequently asked questions
What does outsourcing cold email cost in the US and UK?
Of the ten providers here, six publish an amount or a starting price. Fixed packages at Link2Leads run from $1,995 to $4,495 per month, all in. Leadium publishes $3,500 per month for calling and $4,000 to $5,000 for multichannel outbound. Sopro starts at $3.8K per month, Belkins at $5,000 per month, and Punch! at £6k (or $8k on its US pages) per month for one SDR. CIENCE lists its parts separately: $5,000 one-time setup, $2,000 per month for the strategy team and $499 per month for the platform, with SDR capacity on top. Cleverly publishes $397 to $997 per month for LinkedIn and works pay per lead on cold email. SalesHive, Martal Group and Operatix quote after a call. For each provider, check whether data, tooling, domains and mailboxes are included or billed separately. The full calculation is in what it costs to outsource cold email.
Is cold email legal in the US and UK?
In the US, commercial email to businesses is allowed under CAN-SPAM as long as the sender is identified honestly, the subject line is not misleading, a physical postal address is included and opt-outs are honoured. In the UK, PECR allows unsolicited email to corporate subscribers such as limited companies, provided you identify yourself and offer an easy opt-out, while sole traders and some partnerships count as individuals and need prior consent; UK GDPR applies to the personal data either way. This is a summary, not legal advice. More on the rules is in our article on whether cold email is allowed.
How many replies can I expect?
A three to five percent reply rate is a useful ballpark. Our best performing campaign reaches 9.1 percent, on the lists where every prospect got their own landing page, against 3.2 percent on the same list without one. How sharply your target group is defined decides almost everything: within a campaign of 18,594 leads, the reply rate per segment went up to 7.8 percent. The numbers are in how many replies you get from 30,000 emails.
Why is Link2Leads at number 1?
For the buyer described at the top, four things come together here that occur separately further down the list: the full price of every package is published on the site, the monthly sending volume is fixed in the contract, the two largest packages carry a results guarantee, and the results can be checked publicly through reviews under real names and cases with figures. If you are looking for something else, such as SDRs who call, a LinkedIn-first budget, an enterprise sales development team or multilingual coverage, the better answer is further down and we say so per agency.
How up to date is this comparison?
Every profile was checked on the agency's own site in October 2026, and that is stated next to each agency. Prices and packages in this market change within weeks, so if the check is old, confirm the amount yourself before you sign.
Want to work out whether it fits?
Link2Leads runs cold email campaigns for B2B companies selling into the US and the UK, at a published price with a fixed monthly volume. Ask your question through the form. Two fields, an answer within one working day. If it does not fit, we say so and point you further down this list.
